    📦 Orders & Shipping
    How long does delivery take? ▾
    Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro Manila orders are typically faster (2–4 days), while provincial orders may take up to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
    Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? ▾
    Yes! COD is available for orders ₱500 and below. For orders above ₱500, payment must be completed online via GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Card, or Online Banking before shipping.
    Which couriers do you use? ▾
    We ship via J&T Express, LBC, Lalamove, and GrabExpress depending on your location and availability. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option for your area.
    Do you ship nationwide? ▾
    Yes! We ship to all regions across the Philippines — from Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao. 🇵🇭
    Is there free shipping? ▾
    Yes! All orders ₱2,500 and above qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₱2,500 are charged a shipping fee based on your region.
    How do I track my order? ▾
    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also check your order status under My Account → My Orders.

    What payment methods do you accept? ▾
    We accept GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), BDO Online Banking, and Cash on Delivery (for orders ₱500 and below).
    Is my payment information secure? ▾
    Absolutely. All online payments are processed through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment gateway. We never store your card details.
    Can I use a promo code? ▾
    Yes! Enter your promo code in the cart page before checkout. Follow us on Facebook to get the latest promo codes and special offers.
    🎨 Products
    Are your pigments safe to use? ▾
    Yes! All our pigments are food-grade safe and non-toxic. However, we recommend using gloves and a mask when handling fine powder pigments to avoid inhalation.
    What surfaces can I use the pigments on? ▾
    Our pigments work on resin, epoxy, nail art, paint, clear coat, wood, fabric, and more. Chameleon pigments are especially popular for automotive and resin projects.
    How long do glow-in-the-dark pigments last? ▾
    Our glow pigments charge in 5–10 minutes under any light source and glow for up to 10+ hours in darkness. The glow effect lasts indefinitely — the pigments don't wear out.
    Do you have physical stores? ▾
    We are currently online only. This allows us to keep our prices competitive and serve customers nationwide. You can also find us on Facebook.
    🔄 Returns & Refunds
    What is your return policy? ▾
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Message us at juanderhues@gmail.com to initiate a return.
    What if I received the wrong item? ▾
    We sincerely apologize if this happens! Message us immediately with a photo of the item received and your order reference number. We'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
    Can I cancel my order? ▾
    You can cancel your order while it is still in Processing status. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Log in to My Account → My Orders to cancel, or message us directly.
